I was born on Flinders Island, but currently live in NZ. As a young girl I remember helping the family clean muttonbirds during the season. I also dived in the shallow water for the beautiful marina shells. On a recent trip back to Flinders Island I decided to document the significant collecting areas, making sure to capture my parents Rex and Lola Greeno collecting shells, as well as the surrounding landscapes that I had enjoyed as a little girl. Flinders Island is the place I feel very grounded.
